Who we are

LiveGames.co.za is an independent comparison website for South African players. We do not operate gambling services and we never hold player funds or betting accounts. You can reach us at webmaster@livegames.co.za.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with your message.
• Technical information. Like almost every website, our hosting records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request.
• Usage analytics. Aggregated statistics about which pages are read and how visitors move through the site, used to improve our content.

We do not ask for or store identity documents, payment details or gambling account credentials. There is no account to create on this site and no contact form collecting your data.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies may be used for basic site functionality and for analytics. When you follow a link to an operator, that operator may set a cookie or use a tracking parameter to record that the visit came from us, which is how commission is attributed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains readable with cookies disabled.

Your rights under POPIA

South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to request its deletion where we have no lawful reason to keep it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The current version is always the one published here, and material changes will be reflected in the content of this page.
